Fred Weiss
President & CEO
Othot president, chief executive officer, and Board member, Fred Weiss, has more than 30 years of experience working in higher-education technology companies. As CEO, Weiss oversees the strategic and overall operations of the company, with a focus on designing solutions to help colleges and universities improve outcomes for their organizations, their students, and their alumni.
Prior to Othot, he was the chief research and data officer at the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), where he was primarily responsible for AMAtlas, CASE's global data initiative. He also served on CASE’s board of directors. From 2012 to 2017, he was president and CEO of iModules Software Inc., now part of Anthology, Inc., the leading SaaS engagement management provider for educational institutions; prior to that, he worked at Ellucian, a higher-ed software service provider, and its predecessor companies for 21 years.
Weiss holds a bachelor's degree from Boston University where he worked, after graduation, in the office of development in various capacities. Weiss is a CASE Laureate, recognized for providing invaluable service to CASE and to the mission of advancing education to transform lives and society.
Nate Turner
Strategic Partnership Manager
Nate works with our Partner Institutions to help them meet their enrollment goals. Prior to joining Othot, Nate spent 10+ years working in Enrollment Management, most recently as the Director of Admissions at a mid-size regional university. Nate has been an active member of NACAC and PACAC, and he was selected to attend College Board's Enrollment Leadership Academy in 2016.
Nate holds three graduate degrees including a MS in Higher Education and an MBA.
Jeff Morgan
Product Operations Manager
As the Product Operations Manager, Jeff partners with Othot's Sales, Partner Success and Product teams to bridge the gap between technology and client needs. Through his wide range of experience at successful startups and public companies, Jeff has a passion for building customer-centric products that scale.
Jeff led and grew the Operations team at Shoefitr, a virtual-fitting startup, through its acquisition by Amazon in 2015, where he then oversaw the operational integration within their new parent company. He has also held roles as the Analytics Manager for GNC's Wholesale division, Training Manager at ShowClix and Sales for the Columbus Blue Jackets of the NHL.
Jeff holds a B.S. in Sports, Arts and Entertainment Management from Point Park University.
